Diamond grinding burr

In our offer you will find a large number of shank tools for processing various materials. We will try to briefly explain the difference between them.

Shank tools from our offer are built for direct grinders, fortuners or drills. The most used tools are with a shank thickness of 3 mm and 6 mm.

3 mm - mainly used for fine modeling or detailed sculpting work

6 mm - a stronger shank allows the tool to be used in more powerful hand machines, for example for a stonemason

EP - galvanically applied synthetic diamond - finer grits (#60, 120, 220). Suitable for fine processing of glass, ceramics, marble and granite (in granite, a shorter service life of the tool should be taken into account)

VB - vacuum applied synthetic diamond - coarser grits (# 30, 40). Suitable for processing material similar to EP. It is characterized by faster work, better durability when processing granite than EP. Suitable for glass, granite, marble, ceramics...

FULL diamond segment (sintered) - diamond binder (mixture of synthetic diamond and metal binder) - Tool suitable for quick and rough removal in natural stones. A full segment means that the working surface is up to the tool axis. The working surface is not just surface applied, as with EP or VB.

RESIN - a mixture of synthetic diamond and ceramic binder. In our offer you will find several tips of polishing shank tools for polishing stone. By using the whole set (all grains) you will achieve a high gloss.
