Terms of personal data protection
Information that is provided by the operator to natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "affected persons") who enter into a contractual relationship in accordance with § 13 par. 1 letter b) of the Act and the data of the affected persons may be further processed in the operator's information system for defined purposes.
This material applies exclusively to natural persons entering into a contractual relationship with the operator.

Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing: Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws for the purpose of concluding a contract.
Retention period of personal data: The personal data of the data subject is kept for a period of five years from the date of the specific order.
Personal data are not processed according to § 13 par. 1 letter f) of the Act

The person concerned has:
the right to request from the operator access to the personal data of the person concerned,
the right to correct personal data,
the right to delete personal data or to limit the processing of personal data,
the right to object to the processing of personal data,
the right to portability of personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format,
the right to confirm whether the operator is processing the personal data of the person concerned and the right to obtain access to this personal data
The affected person has the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to § 100 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, if it is directly affected by its rights established by law.
Personal data is obtained exclusively from the data subject.
The transfer of personal data is not carried out and personal data is provided to a third party on the basis of a contract for the purpose of tax and levy obligations, labor relations, and the preparation of tax documents in connection with the order of goods.
The person concerned has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on the automated processing of personal data in connection with the operator's business activity. For this purpose, the operator has a system set up in its order form in such a way that the person concerned expresses his consent by indicating consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. This consent can be revoked by the affected person at any time in the same way. This system will be displayed with the affected person in the order form only once, and subsequently the affected person can modify it in their account.

By expressing your consent - verifying your decision to consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes by marking a colored dot in the "I agree" section, you consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes by the operator. Based on your consent, the operator will send you to a known e-mail address or to a known account or contact on a social network the offer of the operator's products or the offer of products that you prefer when purchasing in its e-shop. At the same time, it will inform you about various promotions and offers of new goods and services.
The person concerned is subsequently familiar with the processing of personal data by automated processing of personal data and can give consent to the processing of personal data with information on the right to withdraw his consent at any time in the same way by indicating in the relevant section.
