Quarter-arch diamond cutter for shaping edges and corners of ceramics, stoneware, marble, travertine or other natural stone.

The tool is designed for hand-held machines. The lower and upper bearings ensure precise processing of the material over the entire surface.

Model B20 - radius of the radius 20 mm

Mounting: M14, for angle grinders

The tool is designed for dry and wet work. Working without water reduces the tool's service life.

How to do it? The B20 designation means that the tool shapes a quarter-arch with a radius of 20 millimeters.

  • if you have a gesso tile with a thickness of 20 millimeters and use the B15 model, you will shape an arch on the edge and at the same time you will also be left with 5 millimeters of flat surface - a small edge.
  • if you use the B20 model in the same situation, you will form such an arc where a sharp edge is created on the bottom of the tile.
  • the tool has two bearings that prevent you from grinding the material - deforming it.
  • the upper bearing slides on the surface of the material being processed. If the material is too sensitive to scratching, use, for example, adhesive tape or adhesive foil.
  • the lower bearing should rest on the lower edge of the material. If you need to make a sharp edge (using the B20 model for 20 mm thick material), you can clamp another plate from below so that the lower bearing is guided along it.
  • the tool leaves a trace of a coarse diamond. We recommend grinding the edge gently with a polishing pad with a grain size of #100.
  • To extend the life of the tool, you can first grind the edge at a 45° angle with a grinding wheel designed for ceramics, and then use a shaping cutter.
