How does it work?

1. The hook has a firm and rougher side and is applied directly to the worn carrier or pad of your tool. It ensures an extremely stable and secure hold.
2. The loop has a finer and softer side, apply to the back of the grinding, polishing wheel. This part allows for quick and easy wheel replacement, minimizing downtime and increasing work flow.

Applying the replacement Velcro to the carrier is simple, but requires thorough preparation for long service life:

1. Surface preparation: Completely remove the old Velcro and especially all adhesive residues using adhesive remover/acetone. The carrier surface must be smooth, clean and dry after cleaning.
2. Velcro preparation: Measure and cut the exact shape of the Velcro to fit the carrier.
3. Application: Peel off the protective film, center the Velcro exactly over the carrier and press firmly over the entire surface to prevent air bubbles.
4. Curing: For maximum and lasting adhesive strength, it is recommended to let the carrier rest for 12 to 24 hours before first use.
